Webdox CLM, conceived by José Manuel Jiménez in 2012, arose from the need to optimize legal processes, especially those related to contract management.
Thus, Webdox CLM was created, a SaaS for digital contract management that enables faster and more secure handling of the entire contractual cycle.
Since 2014, Webdox has been implemented in the operations of major clients, such as Embotelladora Andina and Lipigas, companies that expanded the software to countries like Argentina, Paraguay, Colombia, and Peru. Currently, Webdox is present in 13 LATAM countries.
In 2021, the startup raised USD 7.3 million in a Series A investment round, allowing it to expand operations to Mexico and Brazil. This funding also supported strategic plans for continuous software improvement and talent attraction in various Latin American countries. A growth of approximately 150% in Webdox CLM's global operations is expected for 2022.
Webdox now serves over 500 clients in 13 Latin American countries. Companies such as Telefónica, Banco Santander, Walmart, Coca Cola Andina, Concha y Toro, Copec, AB InBev, and L’Oréal are part of the customer base, with many of them utilizing the software in different business units.
